Ms. Garcia is the City Manager for the City of Socorro, Texas and a lifelong resident of this small city located in El Paso County. Ms. Garcia graduated from the University of Phoenix with a BS in Business Management. As City Manager she is responsible for the overall operations of this community. As a member of the Advisory Board, Ms. Garcia advocates for loan products and development services needed by her residents.
