For the last 26 years Mr. Serna has owned and operated a licensed construction company, Alpha Custom Builders.  He has deep roots in this community and has served as a board member for several non-profit organizations over the years.  He is currently the director of the “Serna Ranch Youth Leadership Program” that instructs youth in leadership skills through horsemanship.  He also is an instructor at El Paso Community College’s Construction Management Program and is the Program Construction Manager at a local charter school – La Fe Youth Academy.   Mr. Serna is a resident of Socorro, Texas, in the 79927 zip code.
