Mr. Martinez is a lifelong resident of El Paso. He currently resides just outside of Clint, Texas a small township is El Paso County; he is a graduate of Clint High School. Clint’s population is 8,408 of which 95.4% are Hispanic. Clint’s poverty rate is 42.7%. Mr. Martinez is a UTEP graduate and has held several positions in financial management up to and including that of Chief Financial Officer for national corporate companies as well as locally owned El Paso businesses. He has deep roots and first-hand knowledge of this community and their financial needs, as well as dedication to the residents of the rural areas of this County. His education and financial background have proven to be a valuable asset to helping the Collaborative develop its financial products.
