Ms. Frias holds the position of Program Coordinator. She is primarily responsible for the Collaborative’s Homeownership, Matched Savings and Financial Literacy programs and has considerable expertise in administering both federal and state programs. Ms. Frias has been with the Collaborative since July of 2003, having started her community development career as an AmeriCorps*VISTA Volunteer. She is a state-certified Housing Counselor (2006) and a Center for Neighborhood Enterprise-certified Financial Literacy trainer. Ms. Frias has five years of experience as a volunteer tax preparer, and has served as Site Coordinator and sits on the YWCA Consumer Credit Counseling Advisory Committee.
