Oscar N. Villasana

Oscar N. Villasana is a Business Lender with Bank of the West since 1998. He is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of small business lending to the El Paso Community such as underwriting business startup loan requests, provide counseling to customers, and perform written analysis of financial statements and recommendations. Oscar obtained a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of New Mexico in 2007 and a Bachelor of Business Science-Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2004. Elected to the Collaborative’s Board in August of 2010, Mr. Villasana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Board.
