El Paso Collaborative is a recipient of a US Treasury (CDFI) grant in the amount of $100K for Technical Support.

Welcome to El Paso Collaborative

 

The El Paso Collaborative for Community and Economic Development (the Collaborative) is a Texas not-for-profit organization that has served El Paso and the surrounding area since 1996. Our service area is El Paso and Hudspeth Counties in Texas and Doña Ana and Otero Counties in southern New Mexico.

In addition to its non-profit status, the Collaborative is a U.S. Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution, i.e. a “community lender”. Community Development Financial Institutions were established to provide access to capital to underserved populations. The Collaborative offers a wide variety of loans, programs and services.

 CONTRACTOR BID SCORING POLICY AMENDMENT

Effective February 3, 2012, EPC made an amendment to the Contractor Bid Scoring Policy

 

NSP SINGLE FAMILY DEVELOPMENT AND SALES PROGRAM MANUAL 

Effective Feb. 24, 2012, in preparation for VA lending, EPC made changes to the back end ratio on Page 27 of the manual.

Effective Feb. 14, 2012, up to $20,000 NSP Assistance is now available to all NSP income-eligible homebuyers, regardless of income level.

Effective Feb. 14, 2012, EPC made a revision to Page 14, Charts a. & b., regarding Homvebuyer Closings, and Page 27, regarding Homebuyer Assistance.
