RENTAL PROGRAM

AYUDA and Project Vida together will acquire, rehabilitate and rent twenty residences located in the targeted census tracts to lease to households whose incomes do not exceed those on the above-table and who can meet the “Low HOME Program Rents” for El Paso, Texas.

Steps for Rental of Property

Step 1: Prospective renter schedules a one-on-one assessment with the El Paso Collaborative Intake/Participant Coordinator Lorraine Frias at 915-590-1210 ext. 111. All required documentation must be brought inorder to determine program eligibility.

Step 2: Renter is sent to either Project Vida, or AYUDA, who are EPC Consortium Members, for further processing.

Step 3: Placement on waiting list.
